My thoughts and prayers are with Lou's family. I worked with Lou for a few years when she first came to the Edgewood Area of APG. When we no longer worked together, we met up for lunch with other friends from time-to-time over the years. Lou was a very kind, sweet, and generous person and she will be missed.
