No one was more shocked than me to learn of your passing in such a manner. Charlie, I remember your sweet smile, your twinkling eyes and the good times when we all went to the beach. I love you so very much...will miss you forever. You are in my heart always. I trust you have found the peace and comfort in the loving arms of your Dad and our Heavenly Father. Rest in peace from your other "granny".

Charlie, I wish I could turn back time. This world can be so cruel and I wish life was kinder. Your were a good kid and a kind loving young man. I will always remember you, Charlie. I find my strength knowing that you are in a much better world and free of life's struggles. I know that Uncle Junie still loves you and welcomes you in his loving arms. I miss you Charlie and will always love you, Cuz.

Through your profound grief and utter shock I pray for God to embrace you and give you peace. I continue to beg God to restore our country, restore the constitution that once kept us safe. I pray that you will reach out to the thousands following this tragedy in your time of need. Use your grief and anger to Honor Charles and his beautiful daughter, not only in getting him the justice he deserves, but have his memory live on by making sure not one more son or daughter is taken from us in this manner. There are so many people praying for your family all over the United States. Rest and receive peace in that. God bless you and keep you.

he leads me beside quiet waters,

He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.

your rod and your staff,

Its truly sad to hear of Charlie's passing. I had a few chances of speaking with Charlie and he was the sweetest guy you could ever meet in northeast. He was a friend to my husband and I but many friends to all. He was a true friend, son, dad, and husband. My heart goes out you guys in your time of sorrow. May god bless this family and guide Charlie through the streets of heaven. He now all of our angels watching over us. Charlie hall May you rest in peace my friend, you will forever and always be in minds and heart. You are now a honorary member for life of the mid-Atlantic reapers. Rest in peace Charles s. Hall we love and miss you.
