Wesley Norris Ragan

Wesley Norris Ragan, 59 of Elkton, MD, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on January 21, 1964, he was the son of the late Earl and Doris (Miller) Ragan.

Before retirement, Wesley work for the Maryland Transportation Authority on I-95.

He enjoyed piddling in his shed, fishing and cooking.

Wesley is survived by his wife: Dawn Ragan of Elkton, MD; children: Megan Harris (Dave) of Perryville, MD and Corey Ragan (fiancé, Ashley) of Elkton, MD; siblings: Loretta Summer (Bill) of Conowingo, MD, Patty Farrell of Drumore, PA, Brenda Matthews of Charlestown, MD, Linda Fretwell of Rising Sun, MD, Donna Jones of Claymont, DE, Joe Ragan (Joann) of Rising Sun, MD and Mike Ragan of Conowingo, MD; grandchildren: Bradlee, Lucas, Austin and Ava; and mother-in-law: Dorothy Fritts of Rising Sun, MD.

In addition to his parents, Wesley was preceded in death by his siblings: Rodney Ragan and Judy Thayer; and father-in-law: Jack Fritts, Sr.

Memorial services will be held 11:00am Monday, August 28, 2023 at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning at 10:00am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, and sent to the funeral home.
