Thomas Ray Trimble, 54 of North East, MD, died Sunday, May 22, 2016 in the Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD.

He was born in OH, on June 14, 1961.

Mr. Trimble worked at Perryville Cold Storage as a material handler / forklift operator.

He was a member of Mount Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, where he was a music leader and very active in his church. He was a very caring, compassionate person, who always put the needs of his wife and family before his own. He enjoyed spending time with his children, and especially his grandchildren.

He gathered his strength from the authority of God’s word. Everything he did was to glorify God. “Love the people God gave you because he will need them back one day.”

Survivors include his wife of 18 years: Barbara Trimble; his parents: Robert and Nancy (Terrell) Trimble, of Montevallo, AL; his stepchildren: Beth Bennett (Bruce) of Bedford, IN, Molly Montney (Frederick IV) of Colora, MD, Brad Heath of Cecilton, MD; a brother: Tim Trimble (Rhoda) of Pelham, AL;

a sister: Teresa Howdon (Allan) of Canada; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Friday, May 27, 2016 at 5:00 pm at Mount Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 1413 Cranberry Road, Aberdeen, MD where the family will receive guests beginning at 4:00 pm until service time.

Interment will be Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 10:00 am in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Mount Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. 21901.
