Raymond is survived by his father: Clarence Frock of Elkton, MD; mother: Judy Dunn Walker (Samuel) of Middletown, DE; sister: Felisha Oberly (Shawn Oberly) of Elkton, MD; his maternal grandmother: Mary Cannon; his niece and nephews: Gage Cannon, Damian Zimmers, Maya Stein, Teagan Oberly; his great nephew: Greyson Cannon; uncles: William Dunn, Phillip Dunn and Richard Frock (Audrey); aunts: Cindy Merritt (Albert) and Betty Hick; and several cousins.
