Mary Ann (Bonner) Renninger

Mary Ann (Bonner) Renninger, 76 of North East, MD, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Mary was born on August 17, 1947 in Middleburg, VA, daughter of Thomas and Mattie (Wadell) Bonner who are both deceased.

Mary is survived by husband: Terry Renninger of North East, MD; sons: Michael Adkins of Walterboro, SC, Seth Adkins and wife Nikki of Elkton, MD; stepdaughter: Christie Nicks and husband Vernon of Elkton, MD; stepson: Terry Renninger Jr. of Little Rock, AR; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers: Tom Bonner and wife Carol of Ocean View, DE, Will Bonner and wife Nicky of Fair Hill, MD; and was preceded in death by sister: Linda Bonner of Fair Hill, MD.   

Early in life Mary lived on the farms of William DuPont where her father was a horse trainer and Mary was an exercise rider at Foxcatcher Farms in Wilmington, DE and Fair Hill, MD.

She was employed by RMR in Elkton, Atax Corp, in Oxford, PA, Acme Markets in North East, MD, Crouch & Cleek Accountants in Elkton, and several years at Keystone Overhead Door where she retired.

Mary enjoyed crocheting, reading, music, traveling, camping, dancing, walks, hunting and her cats, her children and grandchildren.

Mary requested that any donations made in her memory be to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
