Mae L. Wilson, 88 of Elk Neck, MD near North East, died Friday, May 16, 2008 in the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. Born in Wilmington, DE, on December 12, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Paul and the late Elva Gregg Trimble. She was the wife of the late William J. Wilson, Jr. She was a member of Hart's United Methodist Church, Elk Neck, MD. She enjoyed playing cards on Wednesdays with the ladies from Rising Sun. Survivors include three sons: William J. Wilson, III and his partner Bob Dillingham of San Diego, CA; Scott Wilson and his wife Judy of Elk Neck, MD; and Dennis C. Wilson and his partner Richard Gamble of Fair Hill, MD; one sister: Irene Ford of Jennersville, PA; two grandsons: Paul S. Wilson, Jr. and William Michael Wilson; and two great grandchildren: Ashlynn Wilson and Trenton Wilson. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 19, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Rev. Mary Browne will officiate. Interment will be in Hart's United Methodist Cemetery, Elk Neck, near North East, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Hart's United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 284, North East, MD 21901.
