Linda M. Smith

Linda M Smith, 81 of North East, MD, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

Born in Saltville, VA, on May 2, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Preston and Blanche (Shortt) Smith.

Linda was an active member in the River City Baptist Church. She loved her family and enjoyed the time spent with them.

Survivors include 2 daughters: Vinna Hatcher (Glen) and Iris "Devon" Kline (Charles) both of North East, MD; 2 sons: Irison “Ray” Feeny, Jr. (Stacy) of Cochranville, PA, Jeffrey D. Feeny (Diane) of Marlton, NJ; one living brother: Joe Tom Smith of Brevard, NC; 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son: Garland Mac Feeny

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at River City Baptist Church, 312 Craigtown Road, Port Deposit, MD.  Funeral service for Linda will begin at 11:00 am at the church.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
