Kenneth Jackson Pugh

Kenneth Jackson Pugh, 73 of North East, MD passed away in Walkersville MD on Monday, December 19, 2022 where he resided with his daughter Cassie, son in law Tom and their three kids Keegan, Ryan and Grace.

Born in West Jefferson, NC, on January 22, 1949, he was the son of the late Andrew Jackson and Nona Gay (Eldreth) Pugh.

Kenny was an automotive mechanic his whole life. He was the owner of Pugh’s Automotive in North East, MD. He had multiple corvettes and hot rod cars throughout his life…and he loved racing all of them and making sure they were the fastest on the road!! He was a huge NASCAR fan and loved watching the races every Sunday. He had a passion for riding Harleys and loved changing every piece and part he could to chrome so it would be the shiniest bike in town!! He loved his daughters…his grandbabies…his family…his friends…and all the brothers in his “special motorcycle family” that he rode Harleys with for years.

Kenny was always the life of the party and he lived a very fun and happy life. We will forever remember the fun times and laughter we all had with him. He is an unforgettable man. We hope you will come join us to share in remembering him and celebrating his life. That’s what he would want us to do.

He is survived by his three daughters: Chrissy, Cindy and Cassie; son-in-laws: Mike, Patrick and Tom; grandchildren: Lexie & Luke; Riley; Keegan, Ryan & Grace; sisters: Logean Rogers (Tom) and Betty Jo Kirk; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by his siblings: Mary Edith and Johnny Pugh.

Funeral service will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
