Karen Kreyling Obituary

Karen J Kreyling, 78 of North East, MD, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 in the Calvert Manor Healthcare Center, Rising Sun, MD.

Born in NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Lorraine Ostdahl.

Prior to her retirement, Karen worked as a legal assistant. She also taught high school English. Karen was an avid reader who enjoyed photography and watching British mysteries. Most of all, she loved her family and enjoyed her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Sean (Colleen) and Jennifer Kreyling, brother Roger Ostdahl and sister Kathy (Andy) Bodenstab and her beloved grandchildren Max Kreyling and Isabella Kreyling-Price.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life service to be held at a later date.
