Joseph Allen Beaver

 Joseph Allen Beaver 52, formerly of Elkton, MD, passed away at his home in North East, MD. on Saturday, November 4, 2023.

He was born in Chester, PA, on January 16, 1971.

In his younger years, he enjoyed swimming and was a member of the swim team in Aston, PA.

Joe had resided with Chesapeake Care Resources since 1997 and also attended their meaningful day program since 1995.

Joe enjoyed going for walks, visiting his friends, coloring, watching the 3 stooges, drinking coffee, playing with action figures, playing connect four and interacting with his caring staff. Joe will be deeply missed by his CCR family.

He is survived by his sister: Holly Scrafford and his father: Norman Earl Beaver Jr.

Joseph was preceded in death by his mother: Susan Ruth (Young) Scrafford and his stepfather: Roger Scrafford.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main St., North East, Maryland, with funeral service, commencing at 7:00 PM.
