Darrell Lee Remines

Darrell Lee Remines, 55 of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 in the Christiana Care, Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

Born in Bluefield, WV, on July 17, 1964, he was the son of the late Claude Remines.

He worked at Wendy’s in North East, MD for 12 years and also Perry Point VAMC, Perry Point, MD. Darrell loved fish and his favorite baseball team the Orioles.

Darrell is survived by his mother: Shirley Few of Rising Sun, MD; sisters: Kimberly Shrewsbury (Darrin) of Elkton, MD and Sherri Stammler of Havre de Grace, MD; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, Darrell was preceded in death by his stepfather: Kenneth Few; sister: Shirley Vannoy; and niece: Crystal Vipperman.  

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning one hour prior to service.

Interment will follow in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
