He was born in Philadelphia, PA, on June 18, 1961.
A truck drive, he worked for Skyway Trucking. In his spare time he enjoyed remote control cars.
Survivors include his wife: Jean M. (Millard) Ross; and children: William A. Ross, Jr. of Elkton, MD, Jessica Tohanczyn of North East, MD, David Tohanczyn of North East, MD and Nicole Tohanczyn of Virginia Beach, VA.
