William Joseph Porter II, 23, of Port Deposit, MD, died Thursday, November 10, 2005 in Port Deposit, MD. Born in Pennsylvania, on February 11, 1982, he was the son of Patsy Hernandez and the step-son of Gerardo Hernandez. He was a great friend to all of us with a heart of gold.
