William was preceded in death by his father: Lawrence; mother: Elizabeth; stepmother: Lura Morse Foulk; 3 brothers: Lawrence, Bruce and Bobby; and 2 sisters: Lois Stepp and Josephine Smith.
He is survived by his brother: Charles A. Foulk (Marie) of Elkton, MD; and 3 sisters: Frances Hart of Richmond, KY, Mary Sue Williams of Ringgold, GA and Violet Moore of Sebring, FL.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 10:00 AM at State Line Baptist Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
