William Clark Boyce, Sr.

William Clark Boyce, Sr., “Billy” or “Race Car Bill” 52 of Elkton, MD, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022.

He was born in York, PA, on July 19, 1970.  Billy worked as a concrete finisher and mechanic.

Drag racing was his number on passion.  He also enjoyed fishing, crabbing, hunting, listening to music, bowling, horse shoeing, and playing pool.

Survivors include his loving wife: April (Givans) Boyce; son: William Clark (Billy) Boyce, Jr. (Jessica) of Port Deposit, MD; daughter: Desaray Lynn Baker (Calvin) of Elkton, MD; his mother: Pearla Mae (Boggs) Broadway (Eddie); brother: Fred Eugene Wright, Jr. (Bonnie) of Meridian, MS; 8 grandchildren; aunts, uncles and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father: William H. Boyce.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 5:00 pm.
