He was born in Chelsea, MA, in the Naval Hospital on February 3, 1961.
Mr. Wade was a machine operator, employed by Bank of America. He enjoyed golf, bowling, music and drawing.
Survivors include his two sons: Shawn Wade of Ridley Park, PA and Hunter Wade of Elkton, MD; his mother: Mary Catherine (Crockett) Lewis of Meadow Bridge, WV; two sisters: Robin Woods (Tim) of Endeavor, WI, Cathy Frias of Meadow Bridge, WV and one brother: John Lewis of Danese, WV; 7 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father: Wesley Edward Wade, Sr.
Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Paul Owens will be held Monday, September 29, 2014 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am until service time.
Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
