Wayne E Hall, 77, of Oxford, PA, formerly of North East, MD, died Wednesday, September 27, 2006 in the Laurelwood Nursing And Rehabilitation, Elkton, MD. Born in Zion, MD, on August 17, 1929, he was the son of the late Earl A. and the late Ruth Abrams Hall. Mr. Hall served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 6027 in North East, MD, and a member of their shuffle board team. He enjoyed hunting and holds the record for the largest deer ever shot in the state of Maryland. He also enjoyed fishing and gardening. Recently he found his talent for painting pictures. Many of his paintings are on display for Laurelwood Staff. He was a Self Employed Dry Waller. Mr. Hall is survived by: One sister: Mildred Delp of Oxford, PA; A niece, Beverly Mast of Oxford, PA and a nephew, Mitchell Delp of Oxford, PA Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 30, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
