She was survived by her husband of over 50 years and love of her life Charles L. Ulmer, Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents Corbet and Bessie Reynolds.
Wanda was famous for making cakes, enjoyed playing poker with her buddies, liked bowling and loved her Friday nights playing Bingo with friends.
Born on September 12, 1945, Wanda was a life-long resident of the North East area. She retired from Social Services after 16 years of service in Elkton, MD. She was very proud of her family and especially loved her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Charles L. Ulmer, Sr.; their children: Charlie Ulmer (Gretta) of North East, MD, George Ulmer (Holly) of Elkton, MD and Julie Jordan (Joe) of Middletown, DE; 3 siblings: Jean Ikner (Larry) of Elkton, MD, Tony Reynolds (Victoria) of North East, MD and Sandy Whitt (Charles) of Paris, TX; and 7 grandchildren, Korrin, Josh, Owen, Avery, Isaac, Joey and Kennedy. She is also survived by her lifelong friend, Geraldine McNeal of Smyrna, DE.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Monday, June 15, 2015 from 10:00 am until funeral services begin at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.
Burial will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
