Walter Mitchell Hutchison

Walter Mitchell Hutchison, 78 of North East, MD, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 in the Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD.

Born in Elkton, MD on December 17, 1940, he was the son of the late Franklin and Mary Frances (Brown) Hutchison. He was the husband of the late Suzanne Hutchison.

He served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy. After his discharge, he was a Shop Foreman employed by Anchor Motor Freight and a member of Teamsters Local 326.

He enjoyed boating, cars and most of all his family. He was a past member of the Moose Club.

Survived by his children: Loucretia Wood (Dennis) and David T. Hutchison (Paula) all of North East, MD; 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning one hour prior to service.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
