Vivian Anne Edmanson

Vivian Anne Edmanson, age 78, of Elkton, MD passed away on October 11. She was born February 13, 1929 in Newark, DE to the late James Albert and Mary Russell Edmanson. Vivian retired from Mercantile County Bank after forty-four years. At the bank she held the positions of Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer. Prior, Vivian worked at Bainbridge Naval Training Center and Ely Insurance in Rising Sun. Vivian was talented at many crafts including painting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She also enjoyed gardening and bird feeding. Survivors include: her sister Carolyn Kirk and her husband William; her nephew Kevin Kirk, his wife Dorie and sons Nathan and Brian; and her niece Amy Kirk Fostier, her husband Xavier and children William, Christophe, and Madeleine. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 15, at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901, where family and friends may call from 1:00 PM.
