A lifelong resident of Elkton, she was born on April 30, 1992.
Survivors include her husband: Shannon Wilmoth, son: Braylon Wyatt Woods Wilmoth, parents: Virgil Woods, Sr. and Vickie (Whitt) Woods, brother: Virgil Woods, Jr., and sister: Virginia Woods all of Elkton, MD; and aunt: Donna Whitt of Trappe Hill, NC.
Victoria was preceded in death by her grandparents: Walter & Hazel Woods and Calvin & Nellie Whitt.
