He was born in Baltimore, MD, on August 11, 1976.
Travis served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He formerly worked for the Cecil County Board Of Education. He was a member of the American Legion Post 135, Perryville, MD; enjoyed riding his motorcycle and his dogs.
Survivors include his parents: Edward C. and Karen (Persuhn) Koluch of Conowingo, MD; sister: Raye Ragan and husband Eric of Conowingo, MD; and his niece and nephew: Jillian and Jackson Ragan.
Memorial service, conducted by Deacon Tony Haywood will be held Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive visitors beginning at 1:00 PM.
