Toni is survived by her mother: Tina (Paschall) Woodland of Earleville, MD; her brother and sister-in-law: Bobby and Beth Koetzle of Baltimore, MD; her niece, Mariah Koetzle also of Baltimore, MD; her maternal grandmother: Thelma Paschall of Elkton, MD; and her dog: Roxie Woodland.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather: Gerald Woodland.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2012 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.
