Timothy Michael Kalista

Timothy Michael Kalista, 31 of San Diego, CA formerly of Elkton, MD, died suddenly Monday, April 5, 2010. Born in Baltimore, MD, on October 30, 1978, he was the son of Jack R. and Connie Stevens Kalista of Elkton, MD. He was a Bartender. He enjoyed motorcycles, bodybuilding, mountain biking, old cars and working with his hands. He loved the outdoors, the water, socializing, helping others, and just loved people. Tim had a heart of gold. In addition to his parents, survivors include: two brothers: William R. Kalista and his wife Mandy of Woodbine, MD and Brian A. Kalista and his fiancé' Cassie Dolly of Charleston, SC; maternal grandmother, Roseanna L. Stevens of Perryville, MD; nieces and nephews: Haley, Mackenzie, Victoria, Brianna, Isabelle and Brodie; and his faithful dog Friday. A celebration of Tim's life, conducted by Rev. Tom Edwards will be held Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation for family and friends will begin at 2:00 PM. In honor of Tim's love of family and friends, his family requests everyone to please dress casually and comfortably.
