He was born in Elkton, MD, on July 7, 1963.
Tim worked in construction as a carpenter and concrete finisher.
He is survived by two sons: Eric B. Church and Timothy R. Church both of North East, MD; his father: Vernon Church, Jr. also of North East; his sister: Wanda McKinney and husband Steve of Fair Hill, MD and their children: Phillip McHenry and Stephen McKinney; his grandmother: Patty Church of North East; and 5 grandchildren: Ivy, Bradley, Bailey, Brody and Ethan.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Nell (Davis) Church.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Leslie Osborne will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where visitation will begin at 1:00 PM until service time.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery.
