He was born in Christiana, DE, on February 5, 1991.
Tom worked at J.C. Penney’s and had previously worked at Chesapeake Care Resources, North East, MD.
He was an Eagle Scout and a certified scuba diver. He had recently enlisted in the U.S. Army.
An avid Ravens fan, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, history and political debates.
Tom is survived by his parents: Janet and Andy Kelly of North East, MD; his twin brother: David M. Kelly, his sister: Julia M. Moses both of North East, MD and his sister: Amanda Kelly of Louisville, KY; paternal grandparents: Rev. Robert and Ann Kelly of Bear, DE; and his paternal grandmother: Delores Moses of Galesburg, IL.
He was preceded in death by his father: L. Michael Moses.
Funeral services, conducted by Dr. Darcy Williams will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 7:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 5:00 PM until service time.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to either the Chester County or Delmarva Council of Boy Scouts of America, or Chesapeake Care Resources, both in care of the funeral home.
