She was born in Baltimore, MD, on December 24, 1939.
Thelma is survived by her companion: Robert (Bob) Windle; 5 children: Brenda, David, Jr., Carl, Sr., Tony and Tina Paschall all of MD; 4 brothers: Butch, Jack, Richard and Bob Hedges all of MD; her grandkids: Mr. & Mrs. Bobby Koetzle, Gary, Carl, Jr., Crystal, Kellie, Biggie, Larry, Paul, Mike, David III, Chad, Pumpkin, Bren, Cristina, Carlie, Darrin, Eddie and Shelby all of MD; and her great grandkids: Mariah, Monk, Jr. and many, many more.
She was preceded in death by her husband: David Paschall, Sr.; granddaughter: Toni Koetzle; sister: Joan Cadoret; son-in-laws: Nuke and Billy; and grandsons: JJ and Landen.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 4:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
