Born in West Chester, PA, on May 13, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Lee Johnson, Jr. and Margaret Ann (Hill) Johnson.
Teresa worked in banking.
She is survived by her husband: Ronald Barton; and two children: Brian and Brandy Coleman.
Graveside service will be held Monday, April 5, 2021 at 11:00 am at Rose Bank Cemetery, Brick Meeting House Road, Rising Sun, MD.
