Steven M. Swift

Steven “Bear” M. Swift, 65 of Elkton, MD, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022.

Born in Newport News, VA, on July 12, 1956, he was the son of the late Milford and Geraldine (Payne) Swift.

Prior to his retirement, Steve worked as a truck mechanic.

He was a member of the Outsiders Motorcycle Club and was an avid car collector.  His favorites were the muscle cars.

Survivors include his son: Ari Scott Faithfull of Lancaster, PA; 4 siblings: Keith W. Swift of Bel Air, MD, Deborah K. Ayers (Alan) of Myrtle, MS, Cathy M. Reece (Clarence) of Turnersville, NJ, Milford B. Swift of MO; 2 aunts: Maggie Anthony, Barbara Beacher; and many cousins, nieces and nephews..

Funeral service will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 at 10:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning at 9:00 am.
