Steven Wayne Poe

Steven Wayne Poe, 59 of Elkton, MD, formerly of North East, MD died Saturday, August 15, 2015 in the Laurelwood Nursing and Rehabilitation, Elkton, MD.

Born in Elkton, MD, on November 1, 1955, he was the son Rose Lee (Rhodes) Poe of Elkton, MD and the late William ”Bill” Poe.

Steve cared for his mother, sisters and his family. He enjoyed Classic Rock and Country Music. He also collected records, tapes, C D's, and DVD's.

He was employed by Globe Fireworks in Elkton, MD before retiring.

Steve is survived by two sisters: Bonita Spengler (Chuck) of Charlestown, MD, Shelia Poe of Elkton, MD Uncle, Ronnie Rhodes (Sharon) of North East, MD.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, Md. There will be a viewing from 1:00 pm until service time.

Interment will services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
