Steven Mcvey Mackie, Sr.
Born in Elkton on October 20, 1957, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Marie (Lilly) Mackie.
Mr. Mackie had been a paper mill supervisor. He loved spending time with his family, including his dogs, Max and Buzzy. He enjoyed boating, video games and riding motorcycles.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years: Jeanette (Russell) Mackie; children: Steven M. Mackie, Jr. and companion Tammy Allen of Elkton, MD, Tracy L. Rock and husband Joe, of Rising Sun, MD; and his brother: Kenneth Mackie.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Mackie was preceded in death by his brother: Eddie Mackie.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10 am until service time.
Interment will follow in Cherry Hill Cemetery, Cherry Hill, MD.
Flowers are welcome; however, contributions may be made to the Steven M. Mackie Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home.
