Steven Edward Leonard, Sr.
Born in Chester, PA, on April 11, 1951, he was the son of the late Ralph E. and the late Jane (Spears) Leonard. He served in the Marines.
He retired from W. L. Gore due to disability.
Mr. Leonard was a member of VFW Post 6027, North East, MD, and a member of the DAV.
Steve enjoyed reading and target shooting.
He is survived by his fiancé: Donna Leonard of North East, MD; son: Steven E. Leonard, Jr of Elkton, MD; his sister: Pam Leonard of Elkton, MD; niece: Amy; and nephews: Rob and Mike.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Robert C. Leonard, Sr. and Ralph E. Leonard, Jr.
Graveside service, with full military honors, will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 12:00 noon at St. Mary Anne's Cemetery, 315 South Main Street, North East, MD.
