On October 22, 2022, Stephanie Marie Sheiko 65, passed away at Christiana Hospital, in Delaware, four days after having emergency surgery.

Stephanie was born in Baltimore, MD on December 19, 1956, the beloved oldest daughter of the late George Timothy Sheiko and the late Gloria Irene Sheiko (nee Seechuk). Stephanie was preceded in death by her older brother, George Timothy Sheiko Jr. and is survived by her sisters, Christine Sheiko of Elkton, Michele Sheiko of Annapolis, her brother David Sheiko of Baltimore, and her two fur nieces, Maxie and Tina.

Stephanie was a 1975 graduate of Severna Park High School. She enlisted in the U.S. Army, spending the majority (10 yrs) of her latter career, before retiring, as the Military Funeral Honors Team Chief for the Military Funeral Honors Team at North Riverside, Illinois. She and her family were extremely proud of her military service and it exemplified her generosity of spirit and honor to our country.

Stephanie enjoyed her life to the fullest, had a passion for seafood, old TV shows, crosswords, electronics, and the Ravens. Anyone who knew her, knows that crab season was her favorite time of year and that any day was a good day to eat anything "crab".

She tolerated being with her family but especially enjoyed her wide circle of friends, fellow veterans and acquaintances. She will be deeply missed.

A private graveside burial will be held at Holy Rosary Cemetery, Dundalk, MD. with Military Funeral Honors. A Celebration of Stephanie's Life will be held at a later date. Cremation by Crouch Funeral Home, P.A. of North East, MD.
