Sherrill Elaine Farrell

Sherrill Elaine Farrell of Glen Mills, PA and North East, MD, died Friday, January 14, 2005 in the University Of Pennsylvania Hospital.Born in Philadelphia, PA, on July 14, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Glen J and the late Margaret Lindley Keiser. Mrs Farrell was a retired elementary school teacher who taught for 31 years in the Garnet Valley School District. She was a member of the Mount Hope United Methodist Church and a life member of the National Education Association. She was a graduate of West Chester University where she earned her masters degree. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and summers in her pool. Survived by her husband of 28 years, Sam Farrell, Glen Mills, PA, Step Mother: Mary Keiser, Glen Mills, PA, Brother: Glen J Keiser, Jr, Aston, PA, 2 Stepsons: Pat Farrell, West Chester, PA and Kelly Farrell, Lititz, PA Step brothers: Mark Gore and Sam Gore, both of Glen Mills, PA Grandchildren: Gina and Evan Farrell, 2 nephews and 1 niece. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Mount Hope United Methodist Church, 4020 Concord Road, Aston, PA.Friends may call Friday, January 21, 2005 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD or Saturday, January 22, 2005 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Mount Hope United Methodist Church. The Dr. Thomas McGill will officiate.Interment will follow services at Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA.In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Mount Hope United Methodist Church, 4020 Concord Road, Aston, PA, 19014, or to the charity of your choice.
