Sherman Edward Ewing

Sherman Edward Ewing, 46 of Elkton, MD, died suddenly Friday, September 17, 2010 at Jennersville Regional Hospital, West Grove, PA. A lifelong resident of Cecil County, he was born on October 29, 1963. Sherman worked as a Concrete Finisher. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his wife Lisa Ewing of North East, MD; his mother, Hilda R. Ewing of Elkton, MD; his siblings: William Ewing, Jr., John Ewing, Richard Ewing, Bonnie Blevins and Vickie Blevins all of North East, MD; two stepsons: Eric Church and Ryan Church also of North East, MD; and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, William Ewing, Sr. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Cheryl Snyder will be held Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM.
