Sandra Lee Green

Sandra Green, 57 of Rising Sun, MD, died Monday, December 24, 2007 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Elkton, MD, on November 27, 1950, she was the daughter of Wiley Preston Snodgrass, Jr. and Rhoda A. Warren Snodgrass of Elkton, MD. Mrs. Green was the loving wife of Jerry R. Green of Rising Sun, MD. She was an Accounts Receivable Tech, employed by Perry Point VA Medical Center. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church, Elkton, MD, where she taught Sunday School Classes. She enjoyed photography, gardening and crafting. In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by her daughter: Christa E. Green of Rising Sun, MD; two sisters: Tina Blake and her husband Mel of Marlton, NJ; Gayla Snodgrass Walker of Bear, DE; one brother: Michael Snodgrass and his wife Karen of Landenberg, PA; two nephews: Jamie Snodgrass and Simon Paris; one niece, Jessalyn Walker Barbour; and her great-nieces and nephews: Jordan, Julian, Jayden, Savana, Charlize and Brooke. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Maranatha Baptist Church, 3141 Old Elk Neck Road, Elkton, MD, where family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Rev. Dr. Allen P. Dickerson will officiate. Interment will be in Rose Bank Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
