Ruth Ann (Bullock) Wiggins

Ruth Ann Wiggins, 59 of Charlestown, MD, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Seasons Hospice, Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, MD.

Born in Elkton, MD, on July 8, 1958, she was the daughter of the late John and Jean (Howell) Bullock.

Mrs. Wiggins loved spending time with and taking care of her family.  She enjoyed her 7 dogs.

She is survived by her husband: Jeffrey Wiggins; son: Josh D. Wiggins and his fiancé Shelby of Elkton, MD; daughter: Mindy M. Young and husband Eric of Rising Sun, MD; son: Nieves Calderon of San Pedro, CA; 2 sisters: Becky MacDonald of Elkton, MD, Rosie LaSalle of New Castle, DE; 4 brothers: Jimmy Bullock of North East, MD, John Thomas Bullock of Rising Sun, MD, Ralph Bullock of Naples, FL, Bill Gray of Richmond, VA; and her grandsons: Aiden and Jaxsen.

Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Dennis Gilbert will be held Monday, April 23, 2018 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning one hour prior to service.

Interment will follow services in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
