Roxanne Foots Racine, 67 of North East, MD, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton on July 11, 1951, the daughter of the late Frank J., Jr. and Eleanora Mae (Preston) Foots.
Roxanne worked as a visiting nurses aid for many years.
She is survived by her husband: Frederick Phillip Racine; daughter: Patsy Lynn Poe Broming; and a brother: Kim Foots.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her son: Gurnie Poe.
Funeral service will be held Monday, January 28, 2019 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am/
Interment will follow services in Ebenezer Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
