Ronald Erwin Ralston, 65 of North East, MD, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 in the Christiana Care-Accent Care, Newark, DE.

Born in Elkton, MD, on October 1, 1956, he was the son of the late Erwin Francis and E. May (Bowlsbey) Ralston.

Ronald served his country proudly retiring from the U.S. Marines as a PVT/LCPL. After service, Ronald went on to become and retire again as a diesel mechanic.

He enjoyed watching NASCAR and his favorite driver, Kevin Harvick. Also watching the Green Bay Packers, trains and western TV shows.

Ronald is survived by his wife: Cheryl Ralston; stepchildren: Aggie Marshall of Leesville, SC, Ronnie Clark of IN and Melissa Johnston of WA; sisters: Debra Ann Minor of Newark, DE, Jennifer S. Pretzler of Claymont, DE and Kathleen D. Jarrett of Summerdale, AL; his special friend: Nancy Hirst; 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his grandson: Joey Clark

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, Maryland 21901, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow services in Rose Bank Cemetery, Rising Sun, Maryland.
