Ronald Allen “Bugs” Hines, 67 of Elkton, MD, died suddenly on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, he was born on April 8, 1948, of the late William and Mary Ruth (Hendricks) Hines.
He retired from Chrysler after 33 years of service and worked as a custodian for Cecil County Public Schools for the past 11 years.
A member of NRA, Bugs enjoyed all types of sports. Most of all he loved his family and enjoyed the time they spent together.
He is survived by his loving wife: Betty Sue(Roark) Hines; one son: Johnathan Allen Hines (Terri) of Newark, DE; one daughter: Denean Rae Daniels (Tom) of North East, MD; 2 brothers: William Hines (Sharon) of Chestertown, MD, Douglas Hines (Sarah) of Elkton, MD; and his 9 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: Ronald Dean Hines; 2 sisters: Beverly Hines and Connie Wilson; and a brother: Dwight Hines.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests on Tuesday evening, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
