August 31, 1950 —April 15, 2024

Ron was well-liked by everyone that knew him. He was an easy-going, humorous and kind man, a loving husband, and a good friend and listener. He had a quick wit and loved to make people laugh. He was always ready to lend a helping hand. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Ron worked as a software engineer for 43 years in TX, NJ and MD, before retiring in 2018.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents, Hoy and Daisy Butcher and survived by his wife of 49 years, Deborah Takemoto Butcher, 2 brothers Gerald Butcher (Sue) and Phillip Butcher (Faye), nephew Doug Butcher (Vicky), 3 great nephews and his dog Yoshi.
