Rodney "Monk" Leslie Boddy, Jr.

Rodney "Monk" Leslie Boddy, Jr., 48 of Rising Sun, MD, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 28, 2020 in the Christiana Care Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

Born in Elkton, MD, on February 7, 1972, he was the son of the late Rodney L. and Graeson (Talbot) Boddy.

He was a Concrete Finisher and enjoyed time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Katelyn Cullum, Cameron and Jada Cruz, Kayla, Brielle and Xavier Wilson, Olivia, Marcus, Amaya and Jovanni Boddy; grandchildren: Tion Cruz and Malania Warren; stepmother who raised him; Mary Boddy; five sisters: Sherry Phipps, Annette Bowman-Hines, Christine, Karla and Meredith Boddy; and one brother: William Boddy

Home going services will be held Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm.
