He was born in Elkton, MD, on June 26, 1978.
Robert worked as an auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing and auto repair.
He is survived by his daughters: Raven June Settlemyre and MaKenzie Elizabeth Settlemyre; a stepdaughter: Crystal Sadler; his mother: Terri (Conway) Lopiano of Aberdeen, MD; his father: Robert L. Settlemyre, Sr. (Lynnette) of Chesapeake City, MD; a sister: Tracy Cirino of North East, MD; a brother: Michael Settlemyre of Madisonville, TN; and a stepsister: Amanda Sumner of Elkton, MD.
Robert was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Dave and Kitty Settlemyre; and his maternal grandparents: Robert and Louise Conway.
