Robert C. Reynolds, Sr.
Born in Chestertown, MD, on May 31, 1937, he was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson and the late Dorothy (Hadaway) Reynolds.
He was a member of the Maryland National Guard, 29th Division. He was a member of the Country Cruisers Car Club, Board of Directors of North East Little League and serving as coach in various divisions. He was Vice President of the North East Touchdown Club, coached Lions Junior Football, PTA Volleyball and softball for the North East UM Church.
He enjoyed being involved with his children and grandchildren in all their activities. Bob had a love for all animals.
Bob was a Heavy Equipment Operator, working for United Paving, Elkton, MD for 32 years, Dennis Reynolds Construction, North East, MD for 19 years and Chestertown Brick, Chestertown, MD for 6 years.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years: Mary Ann (Webb) Reynolds of Elkton, MD; children: Dennis A. Reynolds and his wife Dottie of North East, MD, Melissa (Missy) Reynolds of Elkton, MD, Leah Delp and her husband Elton of Colora, MD and Robert C. Reynolds, Jr. and his wife Susan of Elkton, MD; grandchildren: Olivia Reynolds, Dennis Reynolds, Jr., Jeremy Rothwell, Derek Bolton, Jessica Beyer, Dustin Delp, Chloe Reynolds and Gunnar Reynolds; 1 great grandchild: Brooklyn Beyer; and 2 sisters: Loretta Wiltbanks of Chestertown, MD and Anna Serwas of Daytona Beach, FL.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Laurie Loveless will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and 1 hour before the service on Thursday.
Interment, with full military honors will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
