Robert Marion Mullen

Robert Marion Mullen, 66 of Rising Sun, MD, died Monday, December 20, 2010 in Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, on October 8, 1944, he was the son of the late Robert Marion Mullen, Sr. and the late Mary Weinert Mullen. Mr. Mullen was the beloved husband of Kathleen M. Mullen of Rising Sun, MD. He was a Teacher, employed by Cecil County Public Schools. In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his sons: Robert Marion Mullen III and his wife Marie of Lincoln University, PA, Matthew John Mullen of North East, MD, Timothy Paul Mullen and his girlfriend Audra Mains of Windsor Mill, MD; one sister: Barbara Awtrey and her husband Robert of Ellicott City, MD; his aunt, Alma Sinn of Pittsburgh, PA; Sister-in-law, Lynn Cusack and husband Tom; and 4 grandsons: Ethan Kyger, Cameron, William and Benjamin Mullen. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother: Paul Frederick Mullen. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral services, conducted by Father Samuel Hartman will be held Friday, December 24, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Anne's Episcopal Church, 315 South Main Street, North East, MD.
