Robert L. Stover, 83, of West Grove, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at his home on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on February 24, 1943, Robert was the beloved son of the late John W. and Elizabeth (Perry) Stover. For 61 wonderful years, he shared a devoted marriage with the love of his life, Getta M. Stover.

Robert dedicated much of his career as a skilled Tool and Die Maker with Clifton Precision before fulfilling his dream of owning and operating Stover Enterprises. A proud veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard, he also generously gave his time to the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum. In his free time, Robert found great joy on the water, where his passion for C-Class Runabout racing boats brought him countless cherished memories.

Above all, Robert's greatest pride was his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Getta; his children, Laura M. Styles (David), Linda Spencer (Glenn), and Robert J. Stover (Sonya); his grandchildren, Brittaney Heran, Thomas Stover, Elizabeth Landon, and Garrett Landon; his great- grandchildren, Harper, Wren, Riley, and Natalie, with two more precious great-grandchildren expected soon; his sister-in-law, MaryAnn Stover; and all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

Family and friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, Maryland. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will be private.

Robert's legacy of hard work, quiet kindness, and unwavering love for his family will be treasured always.
