Richard Forrest Fuller, 63 of Newark, DE, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
Born in Oak Hill, WV, on March 6, 1953, he was the son of the late General Park and Mabel Pauline (Beaver) Fuller.
Richard served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a self-employed painter.
Survivors include 2 brothers: Dale and Donny Fuller; 2 sisters: Glenna Trader and Freda M. Stacy; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Johnny and Leslie Fuller.
Interment will be private in Delaware Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
