Randy Lee Sawyers

Randy Lee Sawyers, 27 of North East, MD, died Thursday, March 6, 2008 at home. Born in Chester, PA, on November 3, 1980, he was the son of Jimmy L. and Cathy L. Eller Sawyers, of North East, MD. He served in the Army and was a Machine Technician, employed by Spielo working at Delaware Park. Randy enjoyed playing the drums, computers, fishing and repairing things. He especially loved spending time with his boys. In addition to his parents, survivors include: his sons: Ricky and Cadin Sawyers; his siblings: Jimmy L. Sawyers, Jr. of Galena, MD; Cassie L. Sawyers of North East, MD; his paternal grandmother: Vada G. Williams of Sadsburyville, PA; and his companion: Alicia Hall of Rising Sun, MD. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, Maryland, with visitation for family and friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
