Ralph Daniel Rothwell, Sr.

Ralph Daniel Rothwell, Sr., 66 passed away of natural causes on Monday, March 31, 2008. Born in Elkton, MD, on February 9, 1942, he was the son of the late Wilson and the late Sarah Rothwell. Survivors include: two sons: Ralph D. Rothwell, Jr. and his wife Shelby of Elkton, Maryland; Karl Rothwell and his wife Chaka of Haines City, FL; and their mother Ilene Rothwell of Elkton, MD. His siblings: Frank Rothwell of Chiefland, FL, Bill Rothwell and his wife Betsy of Earleville, MD; Beatrice Salmons and her husband James of New Bern, NC; Marie Foraker and her husband Jack of Chiefland, FL; Marthann Malosh and her husband Moe of Monroe, MI; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was also survived by his live-in companion: Brenda Davis of North East, MD, her children and grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rex Rothwell. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends starting at 1:00 PM.
